Boys’ YBA basketball…

Meeker had two fifth- and sixth-grade youth basketball teams this year and Meeker II beat Meeker I to advance to post-season play in Rifle on Saturday, where they lost to New Castle. Playing for the young Cowboys were (in front) Ridge Williams, Kale Burke, Zach Harman, Charlie Day, Nick Massey and Elijah Deming; (in back) Gavyn Garr, Stephen Walsh, Andy Kracht, Todd Patterson and coach Dr. Chris Williams.
