Allstars…

The 117th Avenue Allstars from Denver joined the 101st Army Dixieland Jazz Band for a concert on the Rio Blanco County Courthouse lawn on June 21. More than 200 residents and visitors gathered to listen to a wide variety of tunes from the two bands, sponsored by the ERBM Recreation and Park District and enjoyed free root beer floats handed out by the Meeker Chamber of Commerce. The next concert on the courthouse lawn will be July 12, featuring the Cowboy Dave Band at 6 p.m.
