New staff for Meeker schools

MEEKER I The Meeker School District released the names of the many new employees this year on the district teaching and support staffs as well as those new in the three school’s athletic departments.
Those new to the teaching and support staff within the district are led by Superintendent Mark Meyer and Meeker High School Principal Kim Ibach.
Other additions include: Jessica Browning in human resources; Guy Gladden as school psychologist; Ben Quin as high school art teacher; Scott Aldridge as high school math teacher; Cortney Aldridge as family consumer science teacher; Hillary Ridgeway as paraprofessional/secretary; Ellie Krueger as student teacher; Jackey Meyer as resource teacher for BOCES; and Jordon Owens as speech/language paraprofessional.
Other new teaching and staff members include: Jennifer Foster as a classroom paraprofessional; Beth Willey as pre-school paraprofessional; Julie Bowman as kindergarten teacher/Title I; Brittany Shubnell as kindergarten teacher; Richel Bremer as first-grade teacher; Pat Ibach as fifth-grade teacher; Jessica Stout in food service; Julie Jansen in food service; Jeff Gatten as a bus driver; and Makeysha Slaugh as a bus driver.
Staff members new to the district’s athletic departments include:
• High School Football: Shane Phelan, Andy Coryell, Matt Dupire, Ben Quinn and Aaron Zielinski.
• High School Football Volunteers: Darby Finley and Brett Steinacher.
• High School Volleyball: Christy Atwood, Janae Stanworth and Keely Winger.
• High School Volleyball Volunteers: Laurie Kendall and Julie Bowman.
• High School Cross Country: Marty Casey.
• High School Cross Country Volunteers: Kris Casey, John Strate and Terrence Casias.
• Middle School Football: Darby Finley and Jason Browning.
• Middle School Football Volunteer: Brian Merrifield.
• Middle School Volleyball: Greg Chintala and Roxie Chintala.
