Arizona man held on meth-selling charge

RANGELY — A 45-year-old man was arrested April 21 during an undercover operation and charged with possession of and selling methaphetamine, a Class 3 felony.
Luciano Madrid of Williams, Ariz., is in custody at the Rio Blanco County Detention Center. He has a court appearance Friday.
