Mrs. Lockwood and daughter, Miss Bloomfield and Mr. __ had a good scare while crossing the Wilber ford last Sunday. The water was quite high and their team balked when about a quarter of the distance was made, and their appeal for help was responded to by two fishermen who were not only fishing out of season, but also breaking the Sabbath.
