Can you believe it? We’re a week from Thanksgiving and a month from Christmas! Here’s your annual Thanksgiving chuckle to get you ready for next week’s festivities! (Your Nov. 28 edition will be delivered on Friday, Nov. 29 due to the holiday.) Happy Thanksgiving!

This Friday you can get a jump on your Christmas shopping by visiting local retailers for Pink Friday deals. Don’t miss the artist pop-up gallery at The Upstairs Gallery in Meeker at 592 Main St., upstairs!

Our annual Shop@Home event starts today, with a chance to win $50 in Chamber Bucks weekly from our participating retailers (see below). All you have to do is scan the QR code and enter your information when you visit one of our Shop@Home partners between now and Christmas. We’ll draw a random winner and publish the name in the following week’s edition.

Don’t know what a QR code is? It’s kind of like a bar code, and they’re everywhere these days. Scan the code with the camera app on your smart phone and it will take you to a website. Here’s a quick tutorial:
