Rangely Youth Wrestling Program head coach Jeff LeBleu hands a commemorative plaque to Anne Turner, widow of Bill Turner, during Saturday’s youth wrestling tournament in Rangely. Bill Turner, a 1958 Rangely High School state wrestling champion and longtime Meeker wrestling coach and Colorado High School Coaches Association Hall of Fame coach, passed away Feb. 22.
