Friday evening was a great time to be outdoors during the White River and Douglas Creek conservation districts’ landowner appreciation dinner at the Upper Colorado Environmental Plant Center on County Road 4. Among the many folks enjoying a rib dinner courtesy of the Rio Blanco County Cattlewomen on Friday evening at the Upper Colorado Environmental Plant Center on County Road 4 were, from left, Connie Hughes, Ty Dunham, Gary Dunham, Bill Dunham and Diane Dunham. The purpose of the gathering was a landowner appreciation barbecue put on by the Douglas Creek and White River conservation districts and a tour of the plant center.
