Christmasfest plans underway

RANGELY | The Western Rio Blanco Recreation & Park District is making preparations for the annual Christmasfest celebration, scheduled for Dec. 9 and 10 this year. Once again, the event will include a week of promotion for local businesses, sleigh rides, the Snowflake Baby contest, a scavenger hunt, residential and business lighting contests, an a cappella group, parade of lights, and breakfast with Santa.
