Ballots went out this week for the municipal elections. In Meeker, the two candidates hoping to step into the seat Regas Halandras has occupied for the last two terms, along with three incumbent trustees and two challengers, met Friday at the Old West Heritage Culture Center in Meeker for a public forum.
