RBC | The Rio Blanco County Department of Public Health has created a self-reporting form for residents with symptoms of COVID-19. If you or a member of your household have symptoms, you’re asked to complete the self-screening form online at https://www.rbc.us/592/Coronavirus-Update.
The forms, which are anonymous, will be used as a tracking tool for COVID-19 impact in Rio Blanco County since not everyone will be able to be tested for the virus.
Symptomatic individuals who do not have internet access but would like to self-report can call Public Health in Meeker at 970-878-9520 or Rangely 970-878-9525.
