The P.E.O. Society met at the residence of Mrs. F.E. Sheridan. Routine business being disposed of a musical program was rendered and much enjoyed by all present, after which refreshments were served.

n The school week controversy is perhaps one of the most divisive in Meeker’s history.
n “Aerobic exercise is a key to healthy living,” says Steve Hill, physical therapy assistant with Pioneers Wellness Center. Recent studies demonstrate the effectiveness of exercise in significantly reducing symptoms of depression.
n Molly Turner, daughter of Bill and Ann Turner of Meeker, performed this fall as a member of the University of Wyoming Western Thunder Marching Band. Molly is a drum player majoring in social work.
