The Western Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Park District (WRBM) is making steady progress on renovating the baseball field next to the rec center, WRBM maintenance director Bill Laster said. The new fence will be completed this week, with truckloads of red dirt scheduled for spreading next week. Summer help will assist with building the retaining wall with dugouts and a scorebox finishing up the project.
