2015 RIO BLANCO COUNTY EAST DOUGLAS PIT CRUSHING REQUEST FOR BID PROJECT NAME, LOCATION AND GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK 2015 EAST DOUGLASPIT CRUSHING PROJECT. THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF RIO BLANCO COUNTY is soliciting bids for crushing approximately 40,000 cubic yards of Class 5 Aggregate Base Course. East Douglas Pit is located approximately 3.2 miles southeast of State Highway 139 on RBC Road 27.
