INVITATION TO BID The Rio Blanco Water Conservancy District is replacing the fishing dock at Kenney Reservoir, near Rangely, Colorado. The fishing dock will be approximately 19 feet by 20 feet, with an access walkway that will tie into the existing sidewalk.
