The Rangely Moms Group gives pregnant women and mothers of newborns through elementary school-aged children time to take a break, join in discussions and crafts, and build relationships with other moms. **HELP WANTED: GENERAL**

Rio Blanco BOCES is currently seeking applications for a Jr. High School Special Education Teacher in the in the Rangely School District for the 2019-2020 school year. Essential duties and responsibilities:Case manage to meet all special education requirements for students with a wide spectrum of needs including the statewide disability categories.  These may include Significant Support Needs, Affective Needs, and Specific Learning Disabilities. Develop and review IEP goals and monitors progress. Develop, plan, and implement multi-sensory specialized instruction, accommodations, and modifications to educational programs for a wider range of academic, social/emotional, mental, and physical needs. Conduct benchmark and criterion-referenced assessments to drive targeted, intensive instruction to meet individual student needs. Conduct all assessments required to determining a student’s special education eligibility. Collaborate with classroom teachers on implementation of IEPs for all learners on the specific caseload. Communicate with parents through conferences and other means to discuss students’ progress and interpret programming. Participate in the building level pre-referral processes including the MTSS process.  Provide for physical and health care needs of students as necessary.  Ensure compliance with IDEA and ECEA rules and regulations.Actual salary dependent on degree and experience. Applicants must be licensed or be eligible for a Colorado teaching license.
