The Rangely Public Works Department is recruiting for a Maintenance Worker I. The successful applicant would perform a variety of skilled tasks at the apprentice level in all phases of construction, maintenance and operation of Public Works activities. Ability to operate Heavy equipment is a plus. Must have a current CDL B or have the ability to pass a CDL B within six months of hire. This position would offer a salary that would be evaluated and commensurate with the candidate qualifications. NOTICE is hereby given that on the 10th day of October, 2016 at Meeker, Colorado, final settlement will be authorized by the Rio Blanco County Board of County Commissioners with G. A. Western Construction Co. of 3354 C Road, Palisade, CO 81526 for all work done by said CONTRACTOR on the project known as CR 0 Bridge Replacement Project.
1)Any person, co-partnership, association, or corporation who has an unpaid claim against the said project may at any time, up to and including the date specified in item 2 below, file a VERIFIED STATEMENT of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claims.

TREE & BUSH TRIMMING
Town of Meeker Municipal Code 18.1.137 created a clear operation area for all Town maintenance equipment along all streets within the Town. All trees, tree branches and other obstructions within this operation area or which are causing visual obstruction at intersections must be removed to permit the safe operation of Town equipment and promote the safe movement of vehicular traffic. The clear zone and/or obstructed intersections must be cleared by the property owner by October 1, 2016, prior to commencement of the Town Public Works Department clearing operations.
