Family Movie Night this Friday
MEEKER | ERBM Recreation & Park District is hosting a winter wonderland-themed family movie night this Friday, Jan. 24. Come enjoy Penguins of Madagascar at the 4H Community Building. Doors open at 5 p.m. Movie begins at 5:30 p.m. Children 7 and under must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver. $5/person + concessions. No pre-registration, pay at the door.
Bingo this Saturday at the Heritage Culture Center
MEEKER | Come out for bingo this Saturday, Jan. 25, hosted by the Rio Blanco County Historical Society. Doors open at 6 p.m. $1 per sheet or $5 for 6 sheets. Heritage Culture Center – 517 Park.
Free Community Meal Sunday, Feb. 2
MEEKER | The Meeker United Methodist Church is hosting a free taco bar with sides on Sunday, Feb. 2 from 12-1:30 p.m. at St. James’ Episcopal Church in Richards’ Hall (368 4th St.) The church will be accepting monetary donations for California fire victims.
Meeker High School Empty Bowls fundraiser
MEEKER | Empty Bowls, a fundraiser presented by the MHS Art Department and the MHS Culinary Students, will be held Tuesday, Feb. 11 from 5-7 p.m. in the Meeker High School lobby before the Roaring Fork/Meeker basketball games.

Indoor Track Time at MHS

Adult Open Gym Tuesdays
MEEKER | ERBM Recreation & Park District is hosting Adult Open Gyms (ages 18 and up) on Tuesday evenings, with a different sport featured each month.
January: Volleyball at Meeker Elementary School, Tuesdays, 6 to 7:15 p.m.
February: Pickleball at Barone Middle School, Tuesdays, 6 to 7:15 p.m.
