Good Ole Country Dance at Buford School House June 7
MEEKER | The White River Community Association invites you to the second annual “Good Ole Country Dance” at the Buford School House (42600 County Road 17) on Saturday, June 7. Please join us from 8 p.m. to midnight for dancing to the live band, Cimarron. Light snacks and water will be provided. BYOB (bring your own bottle). Donations encouraged and all proceeds go to support the upkeep of the historical Buford School House.
Meekerpalooza returns Friday, June 13
MEEKER | Enjoy live music and more in downtown Meeker! The first Meekerpalooza of 2025 is scheduled for Friday, June 13, and will feature Noodle Soup Dixieland Jazz. Sign up for a tour of county facilities June 21
RBC | The county is hosting a tour of county-owned facilities in Meeker and Rangely on Saturday, June 21 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. This work session will provide the Commissioners, Rangely Town Trustees, Meeker Town Trustees, mayors, managers, CNCC executives, and the public an opportunity to tour key Rio Blanco County facilities. The public is invited to attend. Transportation and boxed lunch limited to the first 10 respondents from each town. Transportation will be provided via buses, and a boxed lunch will be served. You are welcome to attend even if you don’t make the first 10. You will need to arrange your own transportation and food. RSVP: Space is limited. To ensure a meaningful and productive experience, we respectfully ask that all participants commit to attending the full tour.
