Trail system clean-up moved to this weekend
MEEKER | The Meeker trail cleanup has been moved to this weekend due to trail conditions. All ages are welcome to volunteer. Join the Meeker Area Mountain Bike Association on Saturday, May 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and/or Sunday, May 7 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Ute Park trailhead on Hill Street. Afterward, meet at Smoking River Brewing Co. Please bring water, sunscreen, gloves and eye protection. ERBM and BLM will provide tools.
Next Meeker book club meeting May 8
MEEKER | The Meeker Library Book Club will be reading, “Wicked Western Slope: Mayhem, Mischief, and Murder in Colorado” by D. A. Brockett. We will discuss the book on Monday, May 8 at 1 p.m. All are welcome to join in the fun.

MEEKER | Free legal clinic Wednesday May 10, 2023, from 2-5 p.m. A free legal clinic for parties who have no attorney. Volunteer attorneys will answer questions and explain the process and procedure for all areas of Colorado civil law, including family law, property law, probate law, collections, appeals, landlord-tenant law, small claims, veterans issues, and civil protection orders. Lions Club centennial and park dedication May 13
MEEKER | The Meeker Lions Club is celebrating 100 years of service this year with an anniversary celebration and park dedication on Saturday, May 13 at 4 p.m. Free lunch/dinner provided. At the Park on 6th and Cleveland (admin building).
