RANGELY | In the April 26 edition of the Herald Times coverage of the Rangely Town Council meeting referred to Councilman Matt Billgren’s discussion of an Energy and Environment Symposium and stated, “He said there have been 11,000 permit jobs lost in Rio Blanco since the economic downturn…” A typo was made; the number should read 1,100 permanent jobs lost in Rio Blanco since 2010.
