The “On the Move” annual dance and tumbling recital was part of a weekend full of individuals, duos and teams dancing in the ERBM Parks and Recreation District-sponsored event at Meeker High School. Dancers were divided into age groups starting with creative movement and tumbling up through fourth grade Saturday and from fifth grade through 12th grade and adult tap on Sunday. Above is the grade 9-12 jazz group of Taylor Ahrens, Madeline Amack, Andrea Edinger, Alexis Gutierrez, Piper Haney, Sydney Hughes, Kendra Nelson, Caitlyn Shepherd, Hailey Simonsen and Jordon Smith performing “Fly,” choreographed by Kari Jo Stevens and her students.
