There is an effort on foot to extend the Sheridan ditch so that it will cover several ranches above town, and also continue it down the river so that it will cover a number of good ranches in Strawberry. We hope this enterprise goes through as it would bring a lot of valuable land in the vicinity of town under cultivation.
