MEEKER | Golfers are invited to take part in a new community tradition this weekend as the Meeker Chamber of Commerce hosts its first-ever golf tournament on Saturday, May 30 at 9:00 a.m. at the Meeker Golf Course.
The event will feature a four-person scramble format, offering a fun and competitive day on the course complete with lunch for participants, hole contests, prizes and plenty of opportunities for friendly bragging rights.
Organizers say the tournament is designed to bring the community together for a relaxed summer outing while supporting chamber programs and local events, while also kicking off what they hope will become an annual Meeker tradition.
Spots are limited, and teams are encouraged to register early to secure their place in the inaugural event.
In addition to golf, participants can expect on-course contests, prizes, and a full day of community fun and connection.
