Rio Blanco Fire Protection District completed annual hose testing Monday. Hundreds of feet of hose were laid out in front of the firehouse along 7th Street and checked out by employees of fire hose testing company Waterway.  The hoses were then loaded back onto trucks and are ready to go for what is predicted to be an intense fire season due to exceptional drought conditions.
