HOME OF: Charlie Novak and Joyce Muller

RANGELY | Charles “Charlie” Novak and Joyce Muller of Rangely are this week’s “home of” honorees. Joyce is a Rangely native. Her parents, Darrel and Veda Muller, moved to Rangely in the mid 1950s and assisted in the development of the town of Rangely.Joyce started in healthcare right out of high school, becoming a lifeguard, an EMT, then a registered nurse.
