HOME OF: Richard and Cindy Garner

RANGELY | Richard and Cindy Garner of Rangely are this week’s “home of” honorees. The Garners have lived here two years. Richard and Cindy will be married 11 years in September.Rich is a sergeant for the county sheriff. Cindy is the animal control officer for the town of Rangely. She serves on the county fair board, helps with 4-H shooting sports program, Rangely 4-H Council and has been a 4-H chaperone.The Garners have two sons:…
