Joy case continued until 2012

MEEKER I District Court Judge Daniel Petre granted a motion for continuance in the case against Neil Joy. The motion was made by Gordon Gallagher, defense attorney for Joy.
Joy, 31, is charged with reckless manslaughter, a Class 4 felony, in the Aug. 5, 2011 shooting death of James (Jeb) Eben Berthelson, 32. Joy is also charged with misdemeanor possession of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Joy has…
