RBC | The Rio Blanco County Fair opened its 2026 livestock show season Saturday, July 25, with the annual 4-H Horse Show at the Rio Blanco County Fairgrounds. Members competed in five performance classes before concluding the day with gymkhana events, showcasing their horsemanship, riding ability and speed.
Pearl North Dodd was named Champion Senior 4-H Horse Exhibitor after winning senior showmanship, ranch riding, western pleasure, and western horsemanship, and finishing second in western trail.
