An explosion of color and fun hit the Meeker stage last weekend with the Arts and Cultural Council’s Seussical Jr. the Musical. More than 40 third through eighth graders entertained the audience, including (top left) Ashton Tapia and Alex Trout as Who’s Mr. and Mrs. Mayor (top middle) Stella Gray as JoJo and (top right) Dexter Chinn as Horton. (Bottom left) the show featured characters Young and Sour Kangaroos played by Carson Cook and Raleigh Anderson, the bird girl ensemble (Samantha Patton, Gracelyn Walker, Ellie Ford, Addie Shonk, and Kelsee Barrios), and (bottom right) the Cat in the Hat (played by Teagan Smith), Thing 1 and Thing 2 (played by Jackson Steel and Sebastian Baumgart, not pictured), the Wickersham brothers (including the Dupire twins, Quinn Thomson, Miles Etchart and Troy Browning, Jonan VonRoenn, Xander Borchard, not pictured), Mayzie LaBird (played by Norah Loar) and more!
