NOTICE OF HEARING

Anschutz Exploration Corporation (Operator No. 3104) (“Anschutz” or “Applicant”) filed an Application with the Commission for an order to establish an Oil & Gas Development Plan (“OGDP”) on the lands identified below. Generally, an Oil & Gas Development Plan is the process whereby an applicant obtains approval to develop oil or gas resources at one or more oil and gas location by drilling a specific number of wells. Importantly, an OGDP is not a pooling application.

This Notice was sent to you because the Applicant believes you may: 1) be an Owner of oil and/or gas (“mineral”) interests to be developed by the proposed OGDP; 2) own, reside, or operate a first responder agency on property within 2,000 feet of a working pad surface included in the OGDP; or 3) be otherwise entitled to notice pursuant to Commission Rule 303.e.(1).

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Meeker Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on  Monday, April 22, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. to consider a Conditional Use Permit for Stoneledge Properties LLC, Lot 5, Block 3, Sage Hills Subdivision, Town of Meeker also known at 1302 Sage Ridge Road.  The Conditional Use Permit is to convert a portion of the residence into an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

APPOINTMENT

The Town of Meeker is seeking qualified individuals for the Meeker Planning Commission. The seat will be filled by an appointment made by the Board of Trustees on May 7, 2024. Applications may be found on the Town’s website: www.townof​meeker.org and must be received by April 30th at Town Hall, 345 Market Street, Meeker, Colorado 81641 or via email to mandi@town​.meeker.co.us. Qualificat​ions for the position are 1) registered voter within the Town of Meeker, 2) eighteen years of age or older, and 3) must have resided in the Town of Meeker for at least twelve consecutive months immediately preceding the date of appointment.
