NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Municipal election will be conducted by Moffat County Clerk office located at 1198 W Victory Way, Ste 103, Craig, CO 81625. The Moffat County clerk must receive ballots no later than April 2, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in order to be counted in the election.

NOTICE is hereby given that a regular municipal election for the Town of Dinosaur will be held by mail ballot only on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, All Ballots must be mailed to the Moffat County Clerk & Recorder, 1198 W Victory Way, Ste 103, Craig, Colorado 81625 and must be received no later than April 2, 2024 by 7:00 P.M.

The following Town officers will be elected at such election: A Mayor (two-year term), and three members of the Town Board of Trustees (four-year terms).

WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS

MEEKER SANITATION DISTRICT

The Meeker Sanitation District (District, Owner) will receive sealed Bids for the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Facility Building Improvements until 3:00PM on April 3, 2024 at 256 8 th Street, Meeker, Colorado. Bids will be opened during the Board Meeting on April 10, 2024 at 7:00PM. Submittals sent by any other method will NOT be forwarded or accepted.

Qualificat​ion statements and other submittal requirements are outlined in the Request for Proposals.

The work will include the following:

All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials to modify the existing building. Work includes, but is not limited to replacement of the metal roof, siding panels, insulation, windows and doors.

Bidding documents (digital copies of plans and specificat​ions) may be obtained from the Engineer, JVA, Inc. located at 817 Colorado Avenue, Suite 301, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 by calling (970) 404-3003 or emailing cbest@jvaj​va.com.

No Bid will be received unless accompanied by a cashier’s, certified or bank check or a Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the maximum Bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted, Bidder will execute and file the Agreement and 100 percent Performance and Payment Bonds within ten days after the Notice of Award.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality or technicali​ty, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageo​us. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for opening Bids.

The Wastewater Treatment Facility Building Improvements Project is funded by the State Revolving Fund and must follow American Iron and Steel, and Build America, Buy America requiremen​ts.
