Rio Blanco County Fair to close with spectator favorites

It took this young lady a little while to navigate her big horse through the course, but she made it. RBC | The Annual Rio Blanco County Fair officially opens Monday, but there are a number of fair events that remain today, Friday and Saturday at the fairgrounds in Meeker.
