From this angle, the home of Tim and Cindy Nelson at 907 Park in Meeker looks well lit, but with the garage, right, the home, left, and the side back yards, not visible in this photo, this residence qualified as one of the very best lighted homes in the downtown area.
This miniature village and its residents are part of a window display at Matthew G. Scoggins’ Colorado CPA Services, PC, business at 610 Main St. in Meeker. Several shop fronts in Meeker have been decorated for the Christmas season, mostly on Main and Market streets.
Only a small portion of the lights that cover the residence of Justin and Shannon Slaugh are visible in this photo of the family home, located at the intersection of Mountain View Road and Mountain View Place in Sage Hills. The Slaugh’s house is one of the most decorated in the Meeker area.
There are an abundance of homes and businesses well lighted for the Christmas season throughout Rangely. Above is the Lyle Peterson residence, located at 916 Tropic St., and below is the Leon Brown residence, located at at 330 Stanolind Ave.
The Rangely businesses have even gotten into the Christmas spirit as seen by this seasonal display at JJ’s Tire and Automotive, which is located at 820 E. Main St.
Air-powered and blow-up creatures are gaining in popularity each year and more of this type of Christmas decorations can be seen all over Rangely. These figures adorn the yard belonging to Dean and Kendra Allen, located at 1142 La Mesa Circle in Rangely.
