The officers of the Flat Tops Chapter Committee are Paul Kindall (and Lori), co-chair and tickets; Travis Flaharty, co-chair; Kim Brown, treasurer; Sparky Pappas, program; and Greg Glasgow, merchandise chair. Other committee members are J.H. Sheridan, Carol and Rich Parr, Allen Gardiner, Jennifer Bouzek, Patty and Stan Wyatt, Jeri Gilchrist, Ted Tedford, Bill deVergie, Tom Allen, Jay Purkey, Jason Purkey, Rocky Pappas, Dan Dewitt, Gala Ivie and Loretta McCoy.
The Cowboy and The Rose out of Grand Junction were the caterers, and the roasted chicken and brisket dinner was almost befitting an elk camp meal. The Meeker Lions Club handled the bar while Bryce Purkey did a masterful job as the auctioneer. More than 50 items were sold through the live auction and nearly 40 items were in the silent auction.
