Search for missing Rangely man, 66, still underway

RANGELY | The Rio Blanco County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the disappearance of

Peter Christian Ruffner of Rangely. Ruffner, who resides west of Rangely, is described as a 66-year-old white male. He is approximately 6’2” and weighs 220 lbs.
