A unique new program from Streamline Realty will give back to local nonprofits this coming year.
“We value our tight knit community and recognize that fundraising is challenging and time-consuming,” said Suzan Pelloni, owner of Streamline Realty. The new Streamline Gives program will give new homebuyers the option to donate to local nonprofits during the buying process.
“Traditionally at closing we have given our clients a gift as a token of our appreciation. This new program will give each client the opportunity to choose a local non-profit program to support. Streamline will then donate a portion of their commission to that program.” Clients can remain anonymous if they wish.
The program will launch Dec. 1 and continue through 2023. Pelloni and her team are currently looking for nonprofits groups who would like to benefit.
“Our goal is to have at least 30 nonprofits sign up and for us to contribute to each of them at least once, if not multiple times, throughout the year,” Pelloni said.
A fifth-generation resident, Pelloni has deep ties to the White River Valley. Streamline’s recently-renovated office building was once home to Pelloni’s great-great grandfather’s business, Tagert Hardware, in the late 1800s.
The Streamline team also includes high school teacher John Strate, whom Pelloni recruited after noticing how organized he was during his own home-buying process, and Bailey Waldref, who assists Pelloni with marketing and client care in between taking photos and enjoying time with her young family.
“We wanted to create more awareness, especially for new members of our community, of all the great nonprofit programs. We hope this will also inspire our clients to become more involved in the community,” Pelloni said.
