Among the many folks enjoying a rib dinner courtesy of the Rio Blanco County Cattlewomen on Friday evening at the Upper Colorado Environmental Plant Center on County Road 4 were, from left, Connie Hughes, Ty Dunham, Gary Dunham, Bill Dunham and Diane Dunham. The purpose of the gathering was a landowner appreciation barbecue put on by the Douglas Creek and White River conservation districts and a tour of the plant center.
