Trayton Watson, 3, of Meeker walked his dog Rocko during last Thursday’s block party, sponsored by the Meeker Chamber of Commerce. “The after-hours block party was a new spin on the traditional chamber after hours, but I thought it was a good way to showcase a variety of businesses and services available in Meeker,” said Margie Joy, president of the chamber’s board of directors.
