The Water Street water line replacement project started Monday with the closure of the 10th St. Bridge. The bridge was expected to reopen by Wednesday, June 3, but unexpected complications will necessitate an extension of the closure. Crews encountered unforeseen problems and are now estimating access to the Mesa/CR4 to reopen on Thursday, June 4. In addition, a water main was broken and should be repaired sometime this evening.
