phranch rodeo winners — It was a rodeo that started the Range Call Celebration and it was a rodeo that ended the 127th annual Range Call Celebration. The Ranch Rodeo was the final event Sunday at the Rio Blanco County Fairgrounds. The Brennan team left the arena with the prestigious belt buckles. Riding for the Brennan team were Ryan and Kelsey Vroman, Kari Brennan, Kash Atwood and Neil Brennan.
