The Rangely 4-H Community Council members visit the Eagle Crest Assisted Living facility once a month and alternate between playing Bingo with the residents and making seasonal crafts. This group enjoyed making Easter crafts together. RANGLEY I Michelle Brusto won first place in the 10th annual Elks Chili Cook-off, which was held at the Rangely Elks Lodge on Super Bowl Sunday.
