MEEKER I Cody Pfau recently became a high school All-American after placing third in the Junior National Tournament in Fargo, N.D., last weekend.
Pfau, who qualified for the Colorado State Wrestling Championships and was the second girl to ever win a match in the state tournament as a freshman for Meeker last season, won four of five matches in Fargo.
Pfau lost to the defending and eventual national champion in the first round but came back to win four more, including a pin over a Pennsylvania wrestler in the consolation championship match.
Pfau qualified for the Junior National Team.
