First planning meeting set for Holidayfest

RANGELY I The first Holidayfest planning meeting will be held at noon Tuesday, Sept. 14 at Town Hall.
The annual Rangely holiday celebration will be held Saturday, Dec. 4. Kristina White is the new Holidayfest chairwoman.
To be involved, Holidayfest meetings will be on Tuesdays at noon at Town Hall until the day of the event. Events include: Santa at the North Pole nativity Christmas play, crowning of the senior king and queen, and parade of lights at night.
Contests include Main Street decoration, Light Up Rangely, treasure hunt and senior king and queen.
