RANGELY I Before you cowboy up, you need to sign up.
For the Rangely rodeo, that is.
The rodeo is part of Rangely’s annual Septemberfest celebration. To sign up, area cowboys — and cowgirls — need to call Wade Allred at 675-8642.
Allred and his brother Hank were the organizers of the rodeo. This is the fourth year for the rodeo, which will be a one-day event this year, instead of two days.
The rodeo will be held Saturday, Sept. 4, starting at 5 p.m. at Columbine Park.
