Church cleanup

On Oct. 23, two dozen parishioners from St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Grand Junction carpooled to Rangely to help members of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church spruce up its grounds. The helpers arrived about 10 a.m. and worked until 4 p.m., pulling weeds, cutting trees and limbs, doing repairs, providing lunch and snacks, and building a walkway to the cross in the back of the church.
