MEEKER I Heather Renee Plumb and Chad William Woodruff have announced their engagement and a wedding date of March 26, 2011. Pastor Harold Metheny of Duncan, Okla. will officiate the ceremony. The future bride is the daughter of Ryan and Lori Plumb of Maybell. The future groom is the son of Si and Sue Woodruff of Meeker.
