Barrel racing in Rangely May 14

There will be lots of barrel racing on Saturday, May 14, in Rangely at the Rio Blanco County Outdoor Arena. This doubleheader is a sponsored race of the  National Barrel Horse Association Colorado District 10 (NBHACO-10).
Pre-entries received until midnight, May 12, at racingintherockies.com/ mayrace.htm or you can also enter on-site with no late fees. The pre-entry form will come directly to Mary Anderson, NBHCO-10 director. The office will open at 8:30 a.m.
Entry fees are as follows: Open, $40 per horse; Youth (18 years and under) and Senior (50 years and over), $20 per horse; Pee wee, $5. We will have a novice horse (horse has won less than $1000), race. Entry fee will be $25. Arena/tractor fee will be $10 per person or $15 per family.
Everyone is welcome to come and participate. You do not have to be a member of anything to compete. However, if you would like to join the NBHACO-10 District there will be forms on-site to do so.
