AC’s Bar seized by state

MEEKER I The Colorado Department of Revenue seized AC’s Bar, LLC, May 25, 2011, for non-payment of sales and wage withholding taxes. An auction, by order of the Colorado Department of Revenue, for the contents of the building, has been scheduled for June 9, 2011, at 11 a.m.
Ann Unrein, owner of AC’s Bar, LLC, owns the business but not the building, located at 285 Sixth St., in downtown Meeker. Unrein declined to comment for…
