The Meeker High School class of 2011 was photographed before their commencement exercises in Starbuck Stadium last Saturday. According to Barone Middle School math teacher Greg Chintala, who gave the commencement address, 18 of the 37 graduates started kindergarten together. RE-1 Superintendent Susan Goettel recently reported to school board members that 91 percent of the graduating seniors had been accepted to post-graduate programs.
